The EPSRC Scholarships are available for all National, International and PhD Students in the fields of Chemistry and Forensic Science, Physics and Astronomy, Computing, Engineering, Mathematics and Actuarial Science at the University of Kent, United Kingdom.

The Fellowships are comprised of a PhD allowance that is the same as the UK Research Councils’ national minimum PhD allowance of £17,668, for a duration of three and a half years, tuition at the national tuition level and exposure to other research related support funds.

Conditions of Language: In order to be accepted into the university, students are required to demonstrate English scores.
Applicants must meet the admission requirements. Candidates are required to possess, or anticipate receiving, a first or second class honors degree in a relevant subject, and ideally a master’s degree or equivalent.
Students applying for a postgraduate degree should normally hold a UK first or second class honors degree in a relevant or appropriate subject or an equivalent degree from an internationally recognized institution.
However, all applicants are considered on an individual basis and additional qualifications, as well as professional qualifications and experience, will also be taken into account when considering applications.
