About Women in Innovation Fund (WIN Fund)

The Women in Innovation Fund (WiN Fund) is an organization that provides financial and non-financial support. It was created with the view of supporting women-led and women-focused organizations in different countries all over the world. The WiN FUND invests in organizations that are striving to have a positive impact on health and ease access to healthcare. The WiN FUND Africa is looking to invest in start-up companies as well as growth stage companies.

What does the WiN FUND Financial and Non-Financial Support offer?

WiN FUND is a 100% nonprofit fund that invests in women-led organizations. WiN FUND uses NFTs to enhance access to healthcare facilities and health treatments.

Eligibility criteria for WiN FUND Financial and Non-Financial Support

In order to be considered as a potential candidate for investment, any organization must meet the following criteria:

⦁ The organization must work with the aim of having a positive impact on health and/or access to healthcare.
⦁ The organization must be based in one of the following countries: Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa and Uganda.
⦁ The organization must be women-led or women-focused. It should match at least one of the following criteria:
⦁ The organization must have a woman as its founder or one of its co-founders.
⦁ The senior management team of the organization should consist of at least 30% of women.
⦁ The organization’s main focus should be on health issues related to women and girls.
